Li Hongzhong meets with Arab representatives at the China-Arab Civilization Dialogue.
Silk Road – Xinhua News Agency, Beijing, November 19 – Li Hongzhong, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress, met with Arab representatives attending the 11th China-Arab Civilization Dialogue in Beijing on the 19th.
Li Hongzhong stated that under the strategic guidance of President Xi Jinping and leaders of Arab countries, China-Arab relations have entered their best period in history. China is willing to work with Arab countries to implement the consensus reached by the leaders of both sides, deepen exchanges and mutual learning between civilizations, practice the four global initiatives, and jointly build a China-Arab community with a shared future for a new era. Li Hongzhong also introduced the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee.
The Algerian side expressed its willingness to deepen dialogue and exchanges between Algerian and Chinese civilizations, learn from China’s development experience, and jointly build a China-Algeria community with a shared future.
